Ride more, ride longer, ride out of pain.

Our home is the ocean on Singer Island, a short drive from Wellington, and the work travels wherever riders need us.

You did not come to ride better. You came to stop hurting. The pain that meets you in the saddle, and the pain that follows you out of it, does not come from your riding. It comes from the body underneath it, from restriction built over years that the body learned to work around. In person is where that pain gets found and taken out at its source, so you can ride your horse more, ride longer, and stop paying for it the next day. Whether you sit a dressage test, ride a hunter round, jump a course, or swing a mallet, the pain is specific to your sport, and so is the way it comes out.

The method is straightness and suppleness, and nothing else.

Not trained toward over months, but used from the first session, drawn only from the traditions and techniques the sport itself is built on, so the pain leaves and your riding is never disturbed. The restriction driving the pain is found, reversed, and released at its source, the pain you can point to and the deep internal pain you cannot. Once the body is straight and supple again, the pain has nowhere left to live, and it stays gone.

This is precise, unhurried, individual work. Your body is assessed, your restrictions named, your prescription built around exactly what you need.

Nothing generic has ever fixed a rider.

What to Expect

It begins with the read. In one session the real source of the pain is found, not guessed at. From there the work starts, straightness and suppleness put back into the body piece by piece. The more often we work, the faster it clears, and once it clears, it holds. That is how it goes.

The Read

$325
The starting point for every rider.

This is where the real source of the pain gets found. Your whole body is read, standing, moving, and in the positions your sport actually demands, so the restriction driving the pain is located rather than guessed at, inside and out. You leave with a clear picture of what has been meeting you in the saddle, where it truly comes from, and what it will take to clear it.

For many riders this one session finally explains years of pain no one else could account for.

Foundation

$1,800
Two sessions a week for a month.

Enough contact to clear the restriction driving the pain and to hold the new movement in place before the old pattern can take the ground back. Session by session the compensations your body built get unwound, the ache your horse has been carrying you through begins to lift, and the time you can spend in the tack starts to grow.

For the rider who wants the pain handled properly, not just managed.

Unrestricted

$2,700
Unlimited sessions across the month, three to five sessions a week.

The full volume it takes to eliminate pain that has been years in the making, and to do it in weeks rather than seasons. The body is never allowed to slide backward, because the next session lands before it can, and the deepest, most stubborn restrictions, the internal ones most work never reaches, finally have the time to let go.

At this pace there is no room for the body to slide back, so even the oldest, deepest pain runs out of places to hide.

The Intensive

Arranged by request.
For the rider who needs help now, brought to you and completed over three days.

  • Day one begins with the read, a complete assessment of how your body moves and where the pain truly starts. From there the program is built around exactly what the read reveals, and the first two sessions put it into the body.
  • Day two is two more sessions, the corrections deepening as the body begins to hold them.
  • Day three closes with a final morning session, the work locked in and the program left in your hands to keep.

You leave the three days out of pain, with the plan and the understanding to hold it.

Travel is arranged for the rider and set in the first call.

Our home is a private oceanfront gym on Singer Island, the ocean just east of the Wellington showgrounds. If you cannot make the drive, we come to you, in Ocala or wherever you ride, and the work is exactly the same either way.
